To be a support and provide full participation in the labor and social development of people with special needs, advocate for their human rights, diversity and improve the quality of life.

- To provide advice with professional support and also provide a space for their work development and independent life.
- Due to the barriers in the competitive market and limitations they restrict their development and with this we want to become a supporter.
- Social participation is key to their development and self-esteem and for this reason we want to promote jobs by interacting with professional institutions in the area.
